The immeasurable and infinite love of God which is the central theme of the convention, was powerfully seen, felt, and experienced through worship, prayer, and heartfelt testimonies.
Bishop Dickson Ogbahon, who delivered the first sermon, declared: “Anytime your heart beats for your members, God reveals their state of mind to you. The Love of God is a weapon that can never be defeated. God’s love is not selective. He does not measure any man’s weakness. The gift and the calling of God are without repentance!”This stirring message led to an altar call, resulting in many souls surrendering to Christ.
The Children’s Ministry Choir set the atmosphere ablaze with an electrifying performance, followed by the inauguration and commissioning of CFi leaders from various campuses as special pastors in CGMi.
The Ushers Ministry honored outstanding servants with awards in the following categories: Posthumous Award, Past Presidents Award, Most Dedicated/Long-Served Award, and Loyal/Dedicated Award.
Guest music minister Abiyah delivered a powerful ministration, further elevating the spiritual atmosphere.
Bishop Dr. Feb Idahosa, Overseer and Head of Cabinet, closed the session with a stirring charge: “Focus on Christ, no matter your circumstances!”
EVENING SESSION: A Night of Prophetic Declarations, and Divine Commissioning
The evening kicked off with intense prayer and praise, followed by an electrifying ministration by the renowned Chioma Jesus.
The newly inaugurated CFi special pastors were formally presented to Archbishop Margaret Benson-Idahosa, who blessed them and released a divine unction for their assignment.
The Archbishop also honored the Ushers Ministry’s posthumous awardees before expressing heartfelt gratitude for her birthday celebration: “I am deeply grateful to everyone who prayed for me, sent gifts, and uplifted me. Thank you, pastors, zonal coordinators, and bishops!”
She then delivered a brief sermon, rallying partners for the construction of Mount Gilead (an extension of Balm of Gilead), followed by a powerful Communion and Anointing session.
The night reached another crescendo as Ada Gold delivered a breathtaking ministration. Finally, Archbishop Margaret Benson-Idahosa sealed the evening with prophetic prayers, releasing divine blessings over the congregation.
